01 nissan sentra codes p1275

Question

the  been at another shop and they put os sensor on it and injectors in it so the owner brought it to me to see if I would fix it. When I checked it out I found out the intake was leaking. I repaired that and cleared codes and the codes 1273 and 1275 came back. After checking on here I seen you have to do a self learn procedure and I found there is a service bulltain on it also. Are they sayjng that the air fuel sensor is the same thing as the O2 sensor? Thank you for your time.

Hi there,

The A/F sensor is the same as an O2 sensor. It looks exactly the same,but has 6 wires instead of 4. It does more for the fuel mixture then the older O2 sensor, but in short, yes it's the front O2 sensor.
