I have a 2013 Ford Flex Limited 3.5L Twin Turbo with engine code P0016, how do I fix the code?

P0016 Crankshaft position - camshaft position correlation Bank 1 Sensor A

This code when if it is by itself is a mechanical condition with crankshaft and camshaft position. If there was any recent work done to the timing chain the timing alignment would need to be rechecked as well as the flywheel where the CKP uses the flywheel marks for its toner
