P0131 Volkswagen -

Question

My 2006 VW jetta keeps shooting a code POO3O and P0131 I was told to change the SC6 fuse but that didn't work the fuse isn't bad the car runs great but the light is still on, I'm getting the same fuel mileage I was before so I'm not sure what is going on.  Any idea's.  Should I replace the O2 sensor again?  I just replaced it and still light is on.

The fuse that should also be checked is fuse SB45, the fuse as well as for voltage for it,
