Hello everyone, I recently checked the codes for my 2012 2.0L Ford Focus. I got the code P0131, First thing I did was change the O2 Sensor. the problem still occurs and it frightens me that whenever I drive around, and stop at a stoplight, my RPM idle goes up and down. Sometimes when accelerating, it lose shakes like crazy and have no power when pushing the accelerator. I have to set it to Park, turn off the car, then crank the engine. It takes four seconds for the car to turn on and I must immediately accelerate. My check engine light is still on for the pass two weeks, and it is annoying. I need help!

Hi there

There can be some other causes for this code, low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks or exhaust leaks, a bad fuel injector to name just a few. Here is some more info for you on the code.
