I replaced the crankshaft sensor and replaced all  new spark plugs. I checked the battery and the starter.

With all these misfire code that are set, all you need is one faulty ignition coil to set a misfire on all cylinders, clear the code, and recheck the code if one cylinder misfire replace that ignition coil.
