P0404 Jeep -

Question

I have the P0404 code and have replaced the EGR valve twice, pulled the ECP/PCM and installed a rebuilt/reprogrammed one, performed a complete tune up with new plugs, wires, air filter, PCV Valve and anything else I could replace. The light came back on and ran Sea Foam through the gas tank and the light would go off and come back on periodically. It seemed that the light would come back on more frequently when I used the air conditioner. The light has now came back on and has stayed on. I really would like to get this fixed but I have ran out of ideas.

P0404 EGR position sensor rationality

You use the A/C and it set P0404, you have a bad ground, the A/C and the assembly EGR uses the same ground connection listed as G104.
