Code P2831, what do i need to replace/change in my 2012 Ford Focus? Thank you

I took my Ford Focus (2012) to Auto Zone to get a diagnostic text, and computer came out if code P2831 & P2832. Can someone tell me what I need to do to get rid of these codes?

P2832 Shift Fork A performance

The fix for the code, what is required is to have the PCM / TCM reprogrammed , This code condition may fall under a Recall, You have to contact your Ford dealer,  Use TSB # 13-4-6
