how can I fix code Po741 on my 2006 gm Uplander 3.5L

P0741 Torque convertor clutch system stuck off

Internal seal of the torque convertor or the torque convertor itself would set this code, the best fix is to rebuild the transmission and replace the torque convertor or  replace transmission .
