P1860 Chevrolet -on inspection at shop newly

Question

Chevy lumina 1998. Before go to inspection I detected code, and no any code found. At out side tech detected no any code, but after drove to shop and connected detector, they found Service engine light with code p1860.
How it happened so strange?
May be tech mistaken touched wire connection?

How to find the cause of the code and fix it?

P1860 TCC PWM solenoid circuit electrical

May of just happen, when it comes to a engine code there are 3 different types type "A" which a P1860 is sets a CK ENG LT and store this information in a freeze frame. this may have just happened.
