There a 72 % chance this is the 02 sensor, what happens is the heater element is always the first to wear out when it comes to a 02 sensor, If this code was caused by a EFI relay for the 02 sensor you would set a P0037. The rear 02 sensor is the downstream 02 sensor or the catalytic monitor sensor,
