P0031 Toyota - rav4

Question

Brought the Rav4 in for a diagnostics after check engine light.

received the below:

DIAGNOSIS-P0136,P0138,P0031 BANK 1 SENSOR 1 AND BANK 1 SENSOR 2

is this a garantee that replacing the sensors fix all?

P0136 Oxygen sensor  circuit malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0138 Oxygen sensor circuit high voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2

P0031 Oxygen sensor (A/F) sensor heater control circuit low Bank 1 Sensor 1

This is more of the 02 sensor than anything else, you have two code pointing to the downstream 02 sensor, these code make it a intermittent condition. Before going into the upstream A/F sensor, check to see if it is properly torque down, a improper torque front 02 sensor would also set a P0031
