i wanted to know where is the Accessory Gateway module located in a 2019 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD 2.5L?

Engine Model: A25A-FKS.

because i had a code of " U1117" on the vehicle and want to know where the electric module location.

There is not an "Accessory Gateway" module, the Accessory Gateway refers to the connection of the "Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU)" with the vehicle accessories modules. The only thing I suggest to inspect is the "Main Body ECU (Multiplex Network Body ECU)" connection. The Main Body ECU is behind the dash on the driver's side. You need to remove the Lower Instrument Panel Air Bag (Knee air bag), then the Instrument Panel Cowl Brace
