P1409 Ford - contour 1999 2.5l

My check engine light came on ran codes an it came back with p1409 p1000 p0460 what are the codes and what do i need to do to gix it??

P1409 EGR vacuum regulator solenoid circuit malfunction

P0460 Faulty fuel level sensor

This code condition is for the EGR system with P1409 check the vacuum hoses going to the EGR vacuum regulator what happens is this hose tends to crack and set a P1409. As for P0460 this is the fuel level sensor, a fuel level sensor at the fuel pump may just be needed

 The vacuum lines tends to break this condition should be check first.
