P0231 and P1613, are these codes related?

Question

The voltage drop at the fuel pump in less than .5v on both the positive and negative inputs as measured back to the battery. The bus runs ok. What would be the next place to look.  Are the two error codes P0231 and P1613 caused by the same fault?

P0231 Fuel pump relay driver circuit failure

Yes these code are related, P1613 you can expect this code when the idle is rough, this can also set a Cam position sensor code, or the connection in the valve cover gasket. Measure the voltage at the inertia switch a faulty inertia switch can also set this code
