2013 Ford F450 6.7L with engine code P2073, I replaced MAF and performed bg induction still have a problem. no restrictions found or noticeable leaks

No restriction , this leaves you with two area that set the code, the turbo being coked up and the EGR cooler, make it easy pull the EGR out check to see if its plugged.
