2002 Ford Thunderbird 3.9L with code P1788

Question

Hey guys I have this p1788 code. I have clear code and if I move gear shifter in reverse and drive two or three times instrument cluster shows error and putting transmission into limp mode. I have check that I'm getting battery voltage at the pcm pin 13 and I do have battery voltage. I check wiring resistance and it ohms out 0.2 ohms with my fluke 88. I have already install and new solenoid block and didn't fix it. I have replace transmission because I use the super shifter and it fail. Had no 2nd gear and slip . Put a new transmission that cans with a different solenoid block and code p1788 comes right back on.
