i have a 2001 ford ranger keep blowing fuse under the hood main fuse block after replaced both o2 sensors the new code says open loop fuel system what can be blowing fuse

The fuse keeps blowing open, you have a short.

 Here a Ford with a harness that exposed  itself allowing certain sensor to short to ground or with each other , the fix is to find the short and repair that short.
