P2135 Chevrolet -can a tp sensor cause the truck not to start

I am getting 4 codes tp circut malfunction a and b also comand vs actual throdle performance and pcm to tac module serial data circuti

The throttle code that is set can cause the engine not to start .  IF there is no 5 volt reference on the ignition 1 circuit , The ignition 1 gives 5 volts reference to other sensor in the circuit, When P1518 set so will P2135. Verify reference voltage for the ignition 1 at the fuse box in the engine fuse box.
