P0343 Saturn - got spark timing is right will not start

I have done everything in the book on this car cam and crank sensors both coil packs timing belt have 46 psi fuel pressure replaced the wires going to the cam sensor and car is still back firing out the intake what else can be done?
Vehicle: 01 Saturn L300 V6
