car wont turn over, what is error code1509141.?

Car wont start, hooked up a diagnostic tool to computer and it's returning the error code 1509141. Would appreciate any help finding out what this code means. Thank you.

When you hook the scan tool into the OBD diagnostic port what you have is not a code but a communication protocol, This is not a code . Most communication error are caused by pin 16 not giving power, check the cigarette lighter fuse.
