P0325 Nissan - 1996 infinity and p0500

Question

speed sensor replaced after computer system replaced, code still came up now knock sensor as well. The o2 sensor on upper exhaust was replaced but threading worn, poor seal so used quick fix exhaust patching? still not full seal can hear and feel. Advised to leave alone unless want to replace exhaust. Had radiator replaced in June of this year noticed erratic sparce coolant leak and was told might need possibly water pump replaced.?

The P0500 code, after replacing the speed sensor on this car usually means that the speedometer itself is the problem. Even if it's working, it can be the problem. The signal from the speed sensor goes first to the speedometer, then from the speedometer to the computer. So, since you have the code, the computer isn't seeing the speed signal.Usually replacing the speedometer head will resolve the problem.
