My Mercedes Benz S350 is not functioning well at all. please any help?

It comes with a code of P0649-misfire in cylinder 6(damages TWC P0306)
i had ignition coils,spark plugs,injectors,fuel pump changed but it still read misfire in cylinder 6. Engine runs smooth at idle after resetting code but reappears immediately i begin to drive and engine starts to vibrate
