2005 Nissan Maxima SE 3.5L with code U1000 and U1001. Can I still drive the vehicle?

Hi there

If the car is still running then you can drive it without a problem. This does mean more then likely one of the computers is not communicating with the ecm. Typically when you have this code the car won't start.
