1995 Lexus ES300.  the check engine light came on and in diagnosing the problem, I got back a P0170 Engine Code, Fuel system too rich or too lean (Bank 1).  I reset the code and after about 20 or thirty miles the check engine light came back on.  Curious what the problem might be.  Any recommendation

Hi there

This is usually the result of a faulty front O2 sensor. It's usually causing the fuel trim to be off. It can also be the result of an intake air leak or a leaking fuel injector.
