2005 honda civic dx p0303 code shows up

The car idling rough and misfire.  My engine light is on.  on the computer when plug into car the code shoes up as p0303.

Hi there,

You have a misfire on cylinder #3. This can be caused by a faulty ignition coil, bad spark plug, intake manifold leak and possibly a problem with the fuel injector. I would start by replacing the plug and ignition coil, then go from there.
