P0303 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid

Question

About 70k miles.
Has happened once before(a few weeks ago)--reset it.
Light not on when the car was turned off after returning home the previous day.
Comes on immediately after starting in the morning.
Temp has been in the low thirties overnight when this has happened.

P0303 Misfire number 3 cylinder
This seems more like a ignition coil that is causing the misfire condition. the fix may just be replace the ignition coil that is causing this condition.
