P0038 Subaru -what can cause this code after new converter and new o2 sensors

Question

I replaced converter and both o2 sensors and still popping a p0030 and p0038 codes any help will be great

Hi there

This code is for the heater circuit in the sensor. Check the wiring at the sensor for battery voltage, then the signal wire from the sensor back to the computer for millivolts or lowered amps. Usually it's best to check these with a scan tool.
