P0272 -car wil not start

Engine started, ran for about 1 minute and then stalled. Fault code reader shows fault P0272. Dash board display shows 'ECO-MOD'.
Car recently had injector no 4 replaced and has covered only about 3 miles since filling tank with Shell Nitro V diesel. Car was running perfectly since injector change.
Vehicle: 2004 Peugeot 206 1.4 Hdi
