2003 Nissan Altima 2.5L, can my mechanic adjust electric throttle control actuator himself?

Hi there!

The electronic coltrolled throttle has no adjustments on it. They are all controlled by the motors on the throttle body and the ECM. If this part fails,  the throttle body must be replaced.
