Hi there,

First, the P0725 and the P0335 indicate a problem with the crank position sensor. This is located on the back of the engine and will prevent the car from starting.

The throttle control relay is mounted in the IPDM which is the large fuse and relay center under the hood. This is over by the washer fluid fill. The relay itself is not replaceable and you would have to replace the IPDM. I would start with the crank sensor.
