why doesnt my car start but after a few minutes it does

I have a NIssan ALtima 2002 that sometimes starts perfectly fine and others it doesn't but after I wait for awhile it will start again. I thought it was the starter and replaced it but still have the same problem. what could it be?

This code is for a large evap leak and shouldn't affect the way the car starts. Usually on these the code is the result of the vent control valve.
