Hi there,

I would suspect the lean fuel mixture codes could be causing the misfire codes.

If there is low fuel pressure, large vacuum leaks or a bad mass air flow sensor, any of these could cause the lean codes. I would take care of the P0171 and 174 codes and then clear it and see if the misfire codes come back
