I have codes p0304, p0305 and p0307 for 2000 ford mustang gt

car drives fine for first two minutes then starts sputtering but if I drive and then let car sit for up to 3 hours it will sputter when started but not after 4 hours of sitting and will drive fine for two minutes and then it will sputter again

I would start by replacing the spark plugs, if the problem is still there swap the coil with a cylinder that is not misfiring and see if the code changes, if it does replace the coil.
