Will weak battery cause. Throttle actuator to fail.

HI there,

If the voltage going to the throttle actuator is low, it will throw this code. However once the engine is running or the battery is charged the engine should return to normal operation. If it doesn't then the issue is with the throttle actuator itself in most cases.
