Toyota Corolla 07, code P0001 ? can I change(repair) it myself?

What is the real meaning of the code P0001? engine type 1ZZ-FE ,109.5 cu.in.  Can I purchase the part and replace it myself?   What is the cost of the part?     I do not see my question or any thing close.

NOT a Ford,  and no surging of engine.

This is not a valid code, you get this code when using certain scan tools, or any scantools where you made a connection using Bluetooth or wifi. , The real code you would have is P0128 which is a thermostat malfunction code. Double check using another scan tool.
