Lateral speed sensors, ECM won't communicate with the scanner. dealer said code C1283. What does this mean? I have a 2008 Hyundai Tucson 2.4L

If you have replaced the sensors and still have the code, you might have an issue with the computer itself. Since it's not able to communicate it would indicate the ABS control module has failed.
