what else can cause P0713

Question

Sensor, wire harness and fluids have all been changed still pulls code after reset, Gauge stops showing a reading, drops all the way as if off. Then truck is limited on gear changing.

P0713 TFT sensor

This code means that the transmission fluid temperature is grounded, when this occurs there is no 5th or 6th gear.and the reading will show a -40 degrees F. What part number was the TFT, the reason is Ford produced a TSB about this code condition where the TFT is to be replaced, make sure the part is  updated.
