motor is misfiring bad on random cylinders what could be the problem?

Really need help... 05 Pontiac sunfire first code was P0301 misfire on cylinder #1 I changed the spark plugs and ignition control module...afterwards the code changed P0300 random misfire... Problem occurred when I was driving out of no where my motor started shacking real bad I thought I had a flat but it's was my motor.... Please help

Does the engine misfire at idle? When it comes to a random misfire after there was a cylinder misfire, the catalytic can get plugged doing a exhaust back pressure test may just be needed for this case
