I have this code and symptoms it happen all of the sudden out of nowhere should I adjust my valves?

P1399 Random misfire

Check the EGR first, Honda associates this code with Plugged EGR ports,more than a valve adjustment, what happens is your EGR is meter for 4 cylinder certain ports are plugged more than other and as a result EGR gas enter the more open one
