Honda pilot p1399 n multiple misfire cylinders

Question

1. Changed knock sensor, coils on all 4 misfiring cylinders, all spark plugs, egr, air idle control valve, catalytic converter, exhaust from cat back, still starts hard, idles low but rough, loses power n jerks around 2500rpm. No idea what to try now... just throwing money down drain with no results. Also getting 3r clutch sensor bad in tranny. Any advice?

P1399 this random misfire, the common cause is the lifter, you don't replace the lifter you do a valve adjustment. what happening is the valve being out of adjustment opens early, and closes late, this is the reason for the loss of power and low idle. adjust the valves you may have to put up with the valve chatter
