What are the expected normal operating voltages across the four pins of the Fuel Pressure and Temperature sensor on a 2004 Taurus 3.0L DOHC engine?

The on-board computer says P0193, while car starts and runs fine, and fuel pressure live data readout indicated correct fuel pressures key on/ engine off and key on/engine running. FPT pins 3 & 4 measured 1.23v

Replaced FPT with new one. Pins 3 & 4 now measure 2.99v. Is this OK and what is the acceptable range?

That's correct as long as you are not going over 4 volts,
