P0304 code. I replaced fuel injectors,Coil pack,plugs and wires. What else?

P0304. I changed injectors, coil pack, plugs and wires. On 2003 ford ranger 3.0 . What else can I change?

Hi there,

With all that you have changed, it may be time to check the inside of the engine for a problem. I would do a compression test on cylinder #4 and compare it with another cylinder to see if it's low.
