Does the computer need a relearn to Idle properly after cleaning the throttle body?

Hi there,

Any time the throttle is disconnected or the battery is disconnected the throttle relearn has to be done. If you didn't disconnect then it should not have to be done, and it might throw that code if you have a bad idle caused by something else.
