P1336 Chevrolet -What voltage should I read on each of the 3 wires of the CKP Sensor?

The only measurements that I have been able to make is the voltages about which I am doing the question. Of all I have read I expected 12V and 5V and I read 2,54 in each case. Who feeds the CKP Sensor?
The engine works fine, except for some occasional reducción of power and a terrible fuel consumption.
