Could the spark plugs wires cause the codes P1336 and P1151?

Question

replaced the camshaft position sensor, the knock sensor and the crank sensor on a 2003 F150 4.2L keep getting P1336 and P1151 codes.

If the Cam position sensor is not synchronized you get this code condition, if you had a sparkplug wire that is causing a misfire and you get this code condition , this means the misfire monitor is disabled by a lack of CMP (camshaft position)  profile, either the CMP is not synchronized or its wire such as its ground is not properly making connection. The PCM does not see a CMP signal.
