What does this code mean I was told it was for an oxygen sensor?

HI there,

This code is for low engine temp. This can be caused by a faulty thermostat or low engine coolant. It means the engine is not getting up to normal operating temp, when the computer sees this, it will set this code. On occasion I have also seen this code appear when the cooling fans run non stop.
