Yes it should be still under warranty, This may require a reprogram per TSB that has been released.

MIL ON WITH DTC P0106 STORED

This bulletin has been amended to edit the part numbers in Table A and remove 2010 G37 Convertible from Applied vehicles. No other changes have been made. Please discard all previous versions of this bulletin.

2010-2012 FX50 (S51)
2010-2012 G37 Sedan (V36)
2010-2012 G37 Coupe (CV36)
2011-2012 G37 Convertible (HV36)
2011-2012 M37 and M56 (Y51)
2011-2012 QX56 (Z62)

IF YOU CONFIRM:

An APPLIED VEHICLE has the MIL ON with DTC P0106 (Manifold Absolute Pressure [MAP] circuit range/performance) stored in the ECM.

ACTION:

1. Refer to step 6 in the SERVICE PROCEDURE to confirm this bulletin applies to the vehicle you are working on.

2. If this bulletin applies, reprogram the ECM with CONSULT-III plus ONLY.

SERVICE PROCEDURE

NOTE :

^ Most instructions for reprogramming with CONSULT-III plus (C-III plus) are displayed on the CONSULT PC screen.

^ If you are not familiar with the reprogramming procedure, click here. This will link you to the "CONSULT- III plus (C-III plus) ECM Reprogramming" general procedure.

^ Take the vehicle for a 10 minute drive in order to meet the following Idle Air Volume Learn (IAVL) conditions:

> Engine coolant temperature: 70 - 105°C (158 - 221°F)

> Battery voltage: More than 12.9V (At idle)

> Transmission: Warmed up

^ After reprogramming is complete, you will be required to perform Throttle Valve Closed Position, Idle Air Volume Learn, Accelerator Closed Position, and DTC erase
