How to read the engine codes??

I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber, and this orange engine symbol came on now. What kind of code reader to I need to buy to figure this out? ODB II Bluetooth? Or local WalMart or eBay? I do not have the manual. Was not included when I got the car two months ago. I hope the engine icon is not serious?

You need an OBDII code reader is all to check for codes. You can pick these up fairly cheap at most parts stores. Also, depending on where you live some parts stores can check the codes for free.
