P1698 Chrysler - hello i have thi code is it the ECM or the TCM the problem

i have the code P1698 it says ECM Fault but Im confused because i can read No CCD mesages "FROM" TCM transmission Control Module so wich one Is the wrong one the ECM or The TCM. thanks
