2008 Saturn Astra XR with engine codes P0693, P0691, and P0116

Question

my 2008 Saturn Astra XR gave me these 3 codes simultaneously: P0691, P0693, P0116. I would like to know how to fix it because I went to the car dealer 3 times they keep changing parts like the sensor fan relay and it was on warranty so let them do their business but now my warranty is over, and I seriously think they can't handle that issue. with a how-to procedure, I will be able to fix that issue myself, but I don't know where to start in the first place. 0691 reads fan 1 low control circuit, 0693 reads fan 2 low control circuit and 0116 reads engine coolant temperature circuit range/performance problem. what I do to fix it. is it a certain thing that can cause these 3 codes to light on or its pure randomness or is it chain reaction?
